This PR introduces the WorkerBuilderExt trait, extending
WorkerBuilderto support a wide range oftower::ServiceBuildermiddleware functions among other common toapalis. These include optional layers, concurrency limits, rate limiting, error handling, and more. This allows for more flexible middleware composition within the worker builder, improving service customization and request handling capabilities.Key changes:
