Service SLA (封一天賠一天政策)

We continually monitor our systems for signs of censorship from the following censoring authorities:

• China Unicom
• China Telecom
• China Mobile
• Telecommunication Company of Iran

At the end of every month, we will fully compensate all paid users for any time that Geph is blocked by any censoring authority listed above. More specifically, if Geph was blocked for a fraction f within a month, we extend their subscriptions by 30f days for free.

We are committed to monitoring any state-sponsored Internet censorship systems with a sufficient level of sophistication to possibly interfere with Geph's operation. Please contact us at support@geph.io if you know of other systems we should monitor.
