menbayesAlpha

This is the old version of the menbayes package. You should not use it. Please use the new version instead: https://github.com/dcgerard/menbayes

Provides a suite of methods for Bayesian tests for Mendelian segregation in experimental polyploid populations (for now, just tetraploids). This is under different assumptions of meiosis.

Installation

You can install the development version of menbayesAlpha from GitHub with:

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("gerardlab/menbayesAlpha")
