Adjust level boosting logic for trainer Pokémon based on options. Adding ability to decrease by a percentage or set a max level

So back burner until you have something else that you want to add that will break the yaml? I'll try to think of a way where it defaults to what it was before and still has the option to decrease... I could also just submit another PR with the max level but and can do the percentage thing later I guess. |
