chown -R www-data:www-data /var/www/html/whmcs/modules/addons/whmcs_registrar
chmod -R 755 /var/www/html/whmcs/modules/addons/whmcs_registrar- Go to Settings > Apps & Integrations in the admin panel, search for "ICANN Registrar" and then activate "ICANN Registrar Accreditation".
