GitHub Actions for gha-trigger

What does this action do?

• Set Environment Variables by gha-trigger/set-env-action
• Generate GitHub App Token by tibdex/github-app-token
• Set the commit status to pending
• Checkout Main Repository and CI Repository by actions/checkout
