Minor fixes to tone marking in ni-IPFV (and flag diacritics used to c…

…heck for direct object markers)

Unless other distinguishing characteristics of the prefixes involved become apparent, we may eventually need to split ni-IPFV into two subclasses: one that includes a high tone in 3SG/3PL/4SG forms (e.g., 3SG gúyó(n) "he/she/it is aware, careful", 3PL gugíyón "they both are aware, careful") and one that doesn't (e.g., 3SG ts'ilo "he/she/it is lazy", 3PL ts'igilo "they are both lazy").
