Fixes #53 by adding support for the new WordPress stylelint config, which is maintained in the Gutenberg monorepo over here: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/trunk/packages/stylelint-config/README.md
Also adds some instructions for adding new tests. It took me a while to realize I needed to rebuild the docker image before running my tests!
