Description

Adds a new agent for tracking and analyzing accessibility improvements in VS Code Insiders builds. The agent uses GitHub search and issue tools to search the microsoft/vscode repository for closed issues with the accessibility and insiders-released labels, filtered by milestone. It helps users stay informed about recent accessibility improvements, track specific features, and get monthly summaries.
