This commit sets up Nx Cloud for your Nx workspace, enabling distributed caching and the Nx Cloud GitHub integration for fast CI and improved developer experience. You can access your Nx Cloud workspace by going to https://cloud.nx.app/orgs/674c5a8f513a62f628313378/workspaces/674c5aabee900041b05d2498 **Note:** This commit attempts to maintain formatting of the nx.json file, however you may need to correct formatting by running an nx format command and committing the changes.

What kind of change does this PR introduce?
Feature - Makes analytics optional for self-hosted installations by introducing environment variable controls.
Why was this change needed?
Self-hosted users are typically more privacy-conscious and may not want analytics tracking enabled by default. Additionally, the analytics data being collected wasn't accessible to self-hosted users, making the feature unnecessary for their installations.
This change gives users more control over their privacy settings and aligns better with the expectations of self-hosted users who prefer to have explicit control over tracking and analytics.
