Approved App released to the Oculus Store (App lab)

Release version which has been approved by Oculus and has been released to the App Lab.

Changes to the previous version:

• Works now also without an Attys by displaying a flat sea animation without ECG input.
• Removed unnecessary permissions of the app (such as spatial anchors).
• Tidied up code so that it also acts as a reference example for Oculus Quest coding.

Initial release for submission to the Oculus

Fully tested and working version and submitted to the Oculus store (app lab).
