Посмотрел исходники ios-webrtc. Там нет никакой реализации прокидывания звука для localAudioTrack. Можно было бы переопредилить исходный код, но это как по мне более долгий путь и возможно это ограничение было сделано специально. Нашел ишуесы на эту тему, но не нашел какого то внятного ответа почему было сделано это ограничение.
Пошел другим путем, просто добавил добавление аудио потока из микро.
