It previously lead to a module in the godot-rust github page called "godot::engine". I believe it should have pointed to "godot::classes".

This is a small pull request for fixing a dead link in the functions part of the tutorial. As I read through the tutorial I may update this pull requests with other minor changes. Feel free to let me know if I made any misjudgements!
