This PR adds a campus safety resources page to Gordon 360. This page contains links to the websites and resources of various departments on campus that offer safety related services. This includes Gordon Police, the Counseling Center, Title IX, the Health Center, and the Chapel Office.
This is the landing page for the campus safety app, and is a standalone feature, so can be deployed now, before the rest of the project.
This page will also contain links to the Lost & Found system, an in-progress senior project in collaboration with Gordon Police.
