Add the ability to choose which GPU is shown in AITrends

Adds a dropdown to select GPU for AITrends.
Default GPU is the one with the most unique successful user submissions (skipping those that would render an empty AITrend)

• Note that even though T4 has the most submissions, since it doesn't have AI submissions it is skipped

Mind just showing a demo screenshot or live app of how this works? I think eventually once you've merged a few things in the codebase it won't be necessary but right now I have to do some extra work to see how this change looks

Yup, once it's tested I'll add a screenshot. PR was to try and get the preview to render (seems like still needs maintainer approval)

Update: looks like the permissions just took a bit to propogate, ci is running

We should probably just call this trends or insights, maybe let's nail this feature first and then do AI stuff with it
