1. Access Mikrotik web: in your preferred browser enter the ip of the mikrotik and enter with your username and password. Here is Manual:Webfig
2. Go to menu tools>Packet Sniffer or the path url is "/webfig/#Tools:Packet_Sniffer"

3. In this tab you would have to add the ip of the server and push the apply and start button. Example:
