v3.2.2 - Minor Fixes

Small issues crept up on v3.2.1 so here's to a quick fix

Fixed:

• Update effect groups for Low Draw Distance and Misty Weather
• Disabled vehicle size / rotation effects on the mission Highjack (only for the tanker and trailer, just like in Tanker Commander)
• Disabled Get To The Marker! for chat rapid-fire

Removed:

• Actually removed Bounty On Your Head, NPCs Attack Each Other and NPCs Attack You from the GUI (forgot to do that for the previous release)
