Following https://github.com/guardian/editorial-tools-user-telemetry-service?tab=readme-ov-file#tracking-pixel, this PR adds a tracking pixel to allow for monitoring the usage of the GuDocs tool.
How to test
Testable locally and on CODE. One should be able to observe outgoing network requests to the telemetry service.
