Streamline UI, add logging data fields, update system to include ADIF logging locally as well as to N1MM logger QRZ.com (subscription required), and eQSL via network.

UI, toolbar and logging updates

Many updates to the UI to add more logging and text substitution features.

MACROS ARE RE-INDEXED USING A 1-BASED ITERATION. Your existing MAC0 will not show up. Edit the RPiKeyerTerm.ini file to move them around.

Logging values have been added for typical POTA type work and other contesting. More later I'm sure, but tried to keep it simple. Two-click logging allows the user to add a comment.

LOG, TUNE (new control to send a carrier via the radio's keyer line for various purposes, and SHOW LOG are moved to a toolbar. Both toolbars are movable and may be torn off as external toolbars.
