Release 0.2

This release contains the following features

• Docker file which can be used to create docker image which consists of java, maven, kubectl, helm support
  -Jenkins pipeline which can spawn Jenkins JNLP slave image
  -Jenkins pipeline which capable of loading Jmeter slave cluster
  -JMeter Maven project execution against spawned JMeter slave cluster
