Most of these changes are for vcpkg_cmake_config_fixup() and the naming scheme it looks for to move files
With blosc, on vcpkg linux, it builds static so it needed to look for blosc_shared or blosc_static
cmake/osgearth-macros.cmake didn't change but the issue is that plugins need to be installed to the "plugins" folder, same as osg. Changed it in a patch
