added code of workaround 1 for google translate bug

drop down menus do not update properly (ex. create box -> add items and box lookup filters) when google translate is active (not sure how to fix D:). however resets when translate is turned on/off/reloaded so maybe not a big problem

Tested this PR using French and Spanish Google translations.

Good News: site does not crash.

Bad News:

1. As Holly mentioned, dropdowns don't update properly (past selections are not cleared), eg. "ActifActifDonActif" (Box Lookup), "TailleXSTailleL" (Create Box > Add)
2. Pop up text is not translated: Box Lookup (Move and Donation buttons), Admin (Location Management > Add button, Category Management > Add button, Size Management > Add button, User Management > Create button)
3. WC (french) translates to toilet.

1 - should definitely be resolved if we use this solution
2 - sad but not the worse if this isn't resolved (context given + short text)
3 - should be a quick fix.
