Fixes #1984

What changes did you make and why did you make them ?

  • Added new component Project Members (Event Editors) to Projects
  • Admins and project members are able to add and remove project members within a specific project
  • Project members are added through use of email search, and removed through delete icon
  • Changes to a project's project members ( managedByUsers array ) and each added project member's project list ( managedProjects array) are updated to database upon SAVE
