Like in NOLF1, I wanted to be able to use the 4. and 5. mouse buttons on my mouse.
With these changes, I can :)
For testing, you can use the MYDLLS.REZ contained in this zip (in addition to MODERNIZER.REZ): MYDLLS.REZ.zip
It actually only contains the CShell.dll, as it's the only one affected by the changes
