This repository focuses on 2 prominent companies, Trung Nguyen (Coffee) and Zara (Fashion), providing an in-depth exploration of their supply chain strategies and management practices.
The primary objective of these 2 case studies is to analyze the supply chain structures and processes employed by Trung Nguyen and Zara. By delving into these real-world examples from the coffee and fashion industries, I aim to enhance our understanding of key supply chain management concepts.

1. TRUNG NGUYEN
- Introduction to the Business: summarize the history, visionary approach and mission— all of which collectively contribute to its unique business model of coffee industry.
- Supply Chain Planning: the first process in SCOR framework - demand forecasting, product pricing, and inventory management.
- Supply Chain Sourcing: the second process in SCOR framework - purchasing, consumption management, vendor selection and credit & collections.
2. ZARA
- Introduction to the Business: summarize the history, visionary approach, mission, diverse product line, efficient distribution channels, and business + revenue model — all of which collectively contribute to its unique business model of fast-fashion industry.
- Current State Assessment: provide a comprehensive understanding of its current standing - Market Analysis (gender, age, geography), Competitor Analysis (H&M, Uniqlo, Zara) and SWOT Analysis.
- Supply Chain Analysis: a detailed examination of the processes, activities, and structure of supply chain - Supply Chain Model emphasizing vertical integration strategies, Core Activities implementated of the SCOR framework, Measuring Performance.
