What
Changes the (still disabled) github workflow for
detektto rundetektMaininstead of the basedetekt- it's slower, but more comprehensive, and it's what we're using in our fix PRs right now. Want to get this done before I forget to switch it over, and we end up with missed detektions when we turn it on.exclude_from_changelog
