This PR moves the whole source to Swift. In addition it adds the ability to load AI models at runtime, allowing you to remote-fetch and load models dynamically on demand, offering a tremendous improvement in terms of app size.
Important Note: This is a breaking change, as compiled models will not work anymore. If you rely on pre-compiled models, please raise a new issue for this edge case, thank you!
