Requirements

• Implement PSR-7: HTTP message interfaces, extend https://github.com/zendframework/zend-diactoros
• Provides response format collection & item using library http://fractal.thephpleague.com/
• Provides basic errors response

How To Setup

• add this lines to your composer.json file
