Some customers have had questions about best practices for configuring the Postgres database for high availability. We do not have any such recommendations internally, but the Postgres documentation on this subject is helpful.
This PR adds a link to the Postgres documentation to the existing Database network requirements section in the topic System requirements, and adds a new Database section to the High availability topic.
