Hi @knightjoel 👋

Thank you for submitting this PR.

A change to the builds for specific operating systems and architectures would need to be discussed more fully along with an understanding of the level of community interest for particular combinations of OS and arch. Furthermore, as the archive provider is one of a number of "utility" providers any changes to the builds would also need to be propagated across all utility providers and possibly further. Currently, the builds that are generated follow the guidelines specified for Recommended Provider Binary Operating Systems and Architectures, so it is likely that builds will continue to adhere to those guidelines.

If you would like to open an issue so that some idea of the level of community interest can be obtained then please feel free to do so. In the meanwhile, if you need to generate a build for a specific OS and arch then you should be able to by following the steps described in How to build Terraform provider for all platform?.

Hi @bendbennett,

Thank you for the guidance. I can't say I understand the need for such rigor in a case like this, but I respect that this is the way. I am unable to spend the time needed to solicit community feedback, etc, so I will close this PR.
