Labels without text should be same base height as with text, otherwise gui's start looking really chaotic.
merge latest changes
Last line in multiline labels is not visible. Fixed by added some extra height.
- Guards against Null values in the steppers. - Guards in the scrollview as well, also accounted for hscroll height when creating vscroll - Textdisplay height of empty labels should be the same as with text, otherwise gui looks inconsistent.
