Hélio,
Estou enviando o pull request da versão 2.0 do aplicativo de Imobiliária. Nessa versão implementei todos os 8 itens do exercício para garantir uma boa nota, além disso dei uma arrumada em alguns bugs para diminuir a quantidade de erros de rota que estavam aparecendo.
Para testar, é só rodar a aplicação e acessar por localhost:8000
