A res 12 hexagon has an average area of 307m2, which translate to an approximate width of 17m.
Both asserted locations and Skyhook locations are snapped to the center of a res 12 hex.
In some instances, they are over 30m away from where the hotspots actually are. (17m * 2 > 30m)
Additionally, we have witnessed Skyhook drift, around 10-15m.
To account for both the snapping effect and the Skyhook drive, the acceptable distance between asserted and inferred locations has been increased from 30m to 50m.
