Updating documentation in /docs file directory.

Hello! Going back to my GitHub issue from a few days ago, here's the status of those suggestions I made plus other changes:

1. Changing the "!!! info" at the bottom of the /usage/config.md ✅
2. Changing the "!!! note" at the bottom of index.md ✅
3. Remove / change the {width=200} under the image in index.md. ✅
4. Making the "Klepto is a tool for copying and anonymising data." more pronounced / fixing the spelling to anonymizing. ✅

• I left the spelling the same after reviewing other parts of your repo. But I did change the wording and made it more pronounced.

6. In commands.md, change the header "Command" to "Commands" to match the file name. ✅
7. In commands.md, add punctuation to match the other markdown files. ✅
8. Changed other spelling errors and changed punctuation. ✅
