First Release, River Stomp Tester

First official release for River

River is designed to provide testing functionality for Stomp Message Broker so that you don't have to search google for how to run stomp over WebSockets in postman.
River is designed and built to be specific to people who use the Stomp Messaging protocol.
My goal is to add data persistence and storage in the upcoming time but for now, stomp can only have multiple routes and multiple subscriptions for you.
