CliqueIO creates an enviroment for college entrepreneurs to recruit their peers to build out the next big tech startup. CliqueIO comes with a wide array of tools and processes to make the process as smooth as possible.

Creating Posts Our platform allows users to easily create unlimited job postings that will then be populated in our posts page, which will be viewed by other students in the platform. By clicking on the plus icon, the user can include things like a description of their company, skills they require, and any other questions that they have of the applicant.

Applying to post Allows users to easily apply to postings by their peers, through a simple Q/A provided before hand by the owner. Upon submitting, the owner will immediately be notified of the application, making it fast and simple. The applicant will also be able to see any progress of their application in their applied page.

Customizing User Profile Our platform makes it easy for users to customize their profile pages. Users can set a profile a picture, update their school year, write a biography, and many more. They can choose what to display in their public profiles,by making certain information private or public.

Before users choose their teammates, they can chat, view their applications, and look at their profiles before accepting them as a potential partner in their startup. This provides a seamless vetting process of the user.

Filtering System View projects that cater to your interests and skill sets. Want to start something as soon as possible? Sort by upcoming deadlines! Want to create a website? Filter by Web App Development! Users may also search by keyword to view projects with their keyword in the titles and/or descriptions.

Chat System Our chat system allows users and their applicants to talk to one another in a more casual interview process. It allows users to network and get to know each other better before working with one another. Better communication = Better Success
How to run this on your local server:
- Clone the project, and run the command 'pip install -r requirements.txt' to install dependencies.
- cd into the project folder with the file 'manage.py' and run the command 'python manage.py runserver'.
What things you need to install the software and how to install them
You will need to install VSCode, Python3, and pip.

A link will appear in the terminal that will open up the website.
