3D registration

This set of codes is a Matlab implementation of registration 3D images.

Step

• Generate binary matrix of fixed & moving 3D images using K means.
• Create the transform matrix for registration and apply the transform matrix for moving images.

Usage

This version implements the 3D image registration for Nano-resolution Synchrotron spectro-tomography.
