availability on dockerstore

Hey!

I'm looking forward to being able to use TOGA2 as TOGA has been super valuable over the last few years. My cluster is on SGE, I'm not the root user, and our cluster hasn't upgraded from singularity to apptainer yet, making TOGA2 tricky to install. To increase the generalizability of installing TOGA2, I was wondering if you were planning on uploading TOGA2 to the dockerhub? I see a version here docker://jnicolaus/toga2:0.1.2 but I'm not sure if it's from your team. Anyway, it would be great to have up there.

Thank you for your interest in TOGA2. Providing an official Docker image was/is in the plans but is not the highest priority right now. I’ll have a better idea of the Docker timeline next week when my colleagues are back from vacation.

docker://jnicolaus/toga2:0.1.2 is written by our collaborator for personal use. From what I got, the build is designed for local execution only and is built around a yet unstable TOGA2 version from the develop branch, so I suggest waiting a little bit until the next TOGA2 update is out.

Hi @DustinSokolowski I made the container to be run by singularity. As Yury mentioned, it's not final, I think that there are still bugs that he is trying to fix. I probably will create another container once it's fixed!
