WIP notes for vue 3.0 support.
The Vue 3.0 has released the stable version. It's a goog idea to make vue-lazyload support the vue 3.0. Ref to #439/#447.

Prerequisites/tasks:

  • Release the vue-lazyload v1.2.5
  • Build the next branch and add the new feature for vue 3.0.

When the branch is stable. We will release the new version v0.1.0.
