First HIMSR release

What's changed

• Simplified mibilib installation (dependencies)
• Fixes for errors in pytests with mibidata (now passing)
• Replaced unsafe os.system calls of command-line tools via strings
• Refactored Bio-Formats test with bftools.zip and updated tool version
• Added pytest function to test successful read-write-cycles of MibiImages
• Fixes for handling of TIFF tags: XPosition, YPosition and MibiImage tag: coordinates
• Added missing MibiImage tags: lens1_voltage and section
• Added custom HIMSR tags (see README.md)
