Add support for external-link menu rows and adjust disclosure icon styling. MenuPanelRowView.Model now includes an optional isExternalLink flag and the view maps disclosureModel to use an external-link icon (arrow.up.right.square) when set. DisclosureView icon font is set to bold. ExampleOrganisms updated with two external link examples (with and without body) to demonstrate the new behavior and accessibility hint.
