Employ a trick to embed Info.plist into the executable so that we can turn off the dock icon, and set the Qt build flag to tell it not to create a wrapper.

Removes the unnecessary app wrapping. Now the only truly awful thing about CutyCapt's resulting executable is that it isn't statically linked, so you need a mess of other Qt libraries and it isn't clear which ones.
