Remove Gendersternchen and use generic masculine

As suggested by @brianjrobertson, this translation uses standard legal German:

And beyond that, all of the recent posts leave me feeling quite confident that the best approach here for the goals/needs of the constitution is to completely ignore the politics and broader cultural issues at play to the fullest extent possible, and do whatever a typical lawyer in the culture would do by default if drafting a legal document for a client with absolutely zero regard for any cultural sensitivity or cultural change/evolution goals whatsoever

Note: I have created a python script to remove the gendersternchen automatically. Therefore, the result needs manual review (I am programmer and not translator 😉).

Note: The text may need a preamble explaining that the generic masculine is used for readability and simplicity and that it is meant to be inclusive....
