  1. Update Holacracy-Constitution.md 

    One of the reason to change “individual action” to “individual initiative” was to not create confusion with the fact that an action is defined in the constitution.
So I propose just to change the 4.3.1 (b) “action” to “initiative”, since created confusion in two client companies.
