Pass the import description as a TOML string to the Agent reserve() method. This allows the agent to store this description, which can then be used as a template, when the user wants to edit the import description of an already reserved place.
With the edit command, you don't have to return the place and reserve it again, if you just want to change a port. You could also attach additional parts, if they happen to be available with the reserved place.
