Bump pypalazzetti to 0.1.18

This version of pypalazzetti enables support for the second and third fans of the Palazzetti stoves when available.

Thanks @joostlek . I tried but I have somehow messed up my branch and as I was in a hurry to go cook diner, I found it easier to create a new branch and PR and close this one 😅
