Bump pyheos to 1.0.0

Proposed change

pyheos has reached the 1.0.0 stable milestone which now fully implements the HEOS CLI protocol and adds a number other fixes and enhancements. This change implements the required changes to move to the new version of the library:

• No longer interacts directly with the Heos dispatcher and now uses methods like add_on_connected to attach callbacks to specific events of interest. This required changing the test mocks to work accordingly.
• When players change (added/removed), the resultant object is now a PlayerUpdateResult, instead of a dictionary.
• Enums replaced string constants
• CommandAuthenticationError is now raised, which simplified logic in places.
• Removed redundant connection status check from services calls as the library already does this internally.
• Added some typing information, which necessitated asserts in some places.

There will be minimal breaking changes in the future version of the library, as it is now considered stable.
