Feature Description

Currently Windows build is not trivial e.g. using docker etc.

Current Behaviour/State

This challenge has been documented here
Challenge in Mediapipe's Windows build due to EXTERNAL unsolved issue transferring from Tensorflow

Additional Context

A mediapipe .NET community user has provided a workable VS2019 solution to compile mediapipe v0.9.1

The solution provides working running official example solutions

A VS2019 option to build mediapipe dynamic library would make it easier for more interactive contributions
