Alpha Release

Initial hacky release of desktop version of https://12cb.dev.

Instructions

1. Download and expand the zip file for your OS
2. Run the executable
3. Open up OBS and create a new scene (as this is kind of experimental)
4. In OBS add a new "Browser" source to your scene.
5. For URL put localhost:3000. For width/height put something like width=1310, height=675
6. Add the window capture for your emulator.
   Protip: Hold alt and drag the edges of any source in OBS to crop it down to what you want.

Any changes you make in the little box should immediately be reflected in your stream.

Notes:

• "Smash Display" hosts a local website (at localhost:3000). If the program isn't running, it will not show up in OBS, so you should open the program before opening OBS. If OBS is already running, you can force it to refresh the page by editing the browser source and clicking the button "refresh cache of current page"
