Fixes The drawn AOI disappears as soon as I switch to Upload a file radio button and vice-versa #951
When option is switched to Draw mode and a new AOI is drawn, the screen is blank for some seconds. The reason for this was because the duration was set to 2 seconds which is now reduced to 0.5 seconds. Though a loader was suggested for the solution, it is not a good option as there was no processing in the background. Also, the duration can be set to 0 seconds but the transition to fit extent of the AOI wouldn't be smooth. So, now hte duration of AOI to appear is set to 0.5s.
Fixes The AOI doesn't retain once I proceed ahead from the Step 2 ( Upload Area) to other steps and revisit the Step 2 #948
When previous button of Step-4(Data-Extract), now it switches to Step-3(Select-Form).
